Amateur who can barely draw when he wants to. Frequently sitting in miserable art slumps, don't expect to see updates too often.

Joey, I'm sorry! Please don't take this personally, but I'd like to see you do better than this.

You're pretty darn good with forms and anatomy, I won't speak about proportions since it's a subjective matter to aesthetics. The real problem I'm seeing is that all your drawings don't have much of dynamic poses. If you work on dynamic poses I can guarantee that your drawing experience will be much more enjoyable even if it's just a hobby, think of it as a challenge.

Of course, it's up to you whether you're willing to listen to me or not. Critique can hurt, but I personally hate to see someone with potential repeat the same mistake again and again. I've been watching you ever since 2012.

Actually I'm terrible with forms, posing, and anatomy, you got no idea how hard it is for me to get a picture started correctly :P Advice or candy, I'll take any if it's free :v If you don't mind me asking for a wee bit of clarification on that, how do you mean by "dynamic"? I know I don't really use any perspective or foreshortening/depth of any kind in my work, if it's kinda like that. If you can, please let me know what you mean by that mate (so a doof like me can understand it) so maybe I'll see this more clearly/know what to work on improving yo.

I've already got quite a list of weaknesses to improve but I do like to know everything I'm missing.

Lol, you have the "Artist's curse". You're loathing your own work when it's actually marvelous, cheer up!

Your forms and anatomy are decent,  If you were terrible at them then your drawings wouldn't be so readable. You have a bit of an issue with proportions, but that's an easy fix if you dedicate yourself to it for sometime (Tunnel Vision is usually the culprit and you have to see the whole picture frequently or view your drawings through mirror to quickly detect abnormal body parts).

Regarding "dynamic" poses, "dynamic" is the poses that emphasize action and flow. I'm just seeing that your character poses don't have much of this. For instance your deviation about Bonnie from FNAF on "Temp Job" deviation, he's standing on the door as if he's socially awkward and didn't want to stand there but did anyway. One way to solve this is to do lots of 30 seconds and up to 2 mins of gesture drawings with an intense focus on line of action.

Proko's YouTube video of gesture drawing on youtube is pretty much self-explanatory and an excellent example of what you should do.

Best wishes with your artistic journey.

Yowch. I had only heard of this topic once before in a journal he made regarding tracing, but I wasn't aware that it extended to merchandise and commissioned stuffs (I'm never overly keen with news though) It's a shame that he chose to do such a thing when he's quite capable of drawing nice pony work on his own.
