Today I learned that you should always listen when a friend is concerned about something, so that you can help them through it; but I also learned that sometimes friends don't need to talk to each other to be with each other. Sometimes just being together or doing things with them can be enough.
Your Most Faithful Student,
Twilight writes this whole thing out herself and her thoughts are what we listen to as she does, while she and Spike lay in the library with books to read. Neither says anything as Twilight hovers the letter over to Spike so he can send it to Celestia, then they smile at each other and go back to reading together.
Pinkie Pie knows how to make people talk! Spike should try the creepy lamp trick she did on him... [link]
But more seriously, I would just love to see something like this in a future episode. Unfortunately, I don't think it's gonna happen, because the creators might fear the pace would slow down too much. Still, I hope season 3 will give us more moments with just these two. They have the most heartwarming friendship, in my opinion, and the small bits of serious dialogue they've had so far is what truly makes the show for me.
Very nice drawings, by the way. I like your style!
Don't mean to crush any hopes or anything, but there is and, isn't a chance of a episode like this coming along in season 3. Considering that fact that the show is for younger viewers, and when the producers down at the Hub & Hasbro are considering what goes into the show; they have to think of what the audience will respond with.
I don't know if the mass majority of bronies/pegasisters watch the show on the hub, or on youtube(I watch on youtube) but what I'm trying to say here is that; little kids might get bored and change the channel, lowering the ratings. But maybe further into the show it might happen, we dunno. I would love for it to happen, but I have my doubts.
